Scope of Services. Through this Site, Ken's Pacific Home Services markets and arranges Handyman Services, Home Repairs, Drywall Installation, Drywall Repairs, House Painting, Cabinet Installation, Door Installation, Landscaping Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://kenspacifichomeservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ken's Pacific Home Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Ken's Pacific Home Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. Ken's Pacific Home Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Ken's Pacific Home Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OR law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OR for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
